Returns Policy EU Residents
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
Returned items must meet our criteria:
- Items must be returned intact and unused, with label still attached and original packaging included.
- Items in sales or Special promotions cannot be returned unless the package has not been opened and the packaging is still intact.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging and protective bags (if provided) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived, including the packaging and documents provided.
- Custom items cannot be returned since they are created according to your specifications.

Customized items
Due to the nature of custom items and the fact that they are created exclusively for you, we cannot accept their return unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery. If so, you must notify us promptly by email, attaching pictures clearly showing any damage/defect.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will update you by email of the acceptance of your returned item and you can track your package with your carrier using the tracking number.
